School Uniform

Our school uniform is an important part of life at Ashton. It helps create a sense of belonging and identity and encourages our children to take pride in being part of our school community.

Children are expected to wear the correct school uniform each day.

An exciting update for September 2027

We are excited to announce that we are rebranding Ashton Primary School!

As part of this exciting development, we are currently working with our uniform stockists to update the Ashton Primary School logo that appears on our school uniform.

Our new logo will be introduced on uniform from September 2027.

If you are purchasing uniform in preparation for the 2027–28 academic year, please be aware of this change before buying items featuring our current school logo. We will share further information with families, including details of when uniform featuring our new logo becomes available, as soon as this is confirmed.

Our School Uniform

Our school uniform consists of:

• Purple sweatshirt, jumper or cardigan

• Grey trousers, skirt or shorts

• Yellow gingham dress during the summer

• White shirt with school tie or white polo shirt

• Black school shoes

Our PE Kit

Children should have the following PE kit:

• Yellow T-shirt

• Purple shorts

• Black pumps

Please remember that we are currently working with our uniform suppliers in preparation for the introduction of our new school logo from September 2027.

Good as New Uniform

We want school uniform to be as affordable and accessible as possible for our families.

Our ‘Good as New Uniform’ rail is located outside the school office and contains good-quality pre-loved uniform. Items are available for a small donation to school.

We encourage families to make use of this provision – reusing uniform not only helps families to keep costs down but is also a more sustainable choice.
